2. Products and Pricing

All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed through one of our accepted payment methods. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.

5. Warranty

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

TechStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is used solely for order processing and customer service. We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
