What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Hardware component failures under normal operating conditions.
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products are eligible for immediate replacement within 7 days.
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage, including drops, spills, and broken screens.
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or improper voltage.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts (e.g., batteries).
- Software-related issues or virus/malware damage.
How to Claim Warranty
- Locate your original purchase invoice and warranty card.
- Visit any of our authorized service centers with the product and documentation.
- Our technicians will inspect the product and determine eligibility.
- If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer's terms.
- Typical turnaround time is 7-14 business days, depending on parts availability.
