Return Eligibility
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories.
- A valid purchase invoice or order confirmation is required.
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products are eligible for immediate replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Software, digital products, and opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.).
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
- Customized or built-to-order products.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at returns@techstore.com.bd or call +880 1XXX-XXXXXX to initiate a return request.
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack the product securely with all original accessories and documentation.
- Drop off at any of our service centers or arrange a pickup (Dhaka only).
- Once inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made via bKash or bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
