We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • A valid purchase invoice or order confirmation is required.
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products are eligible for immediate replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, digital products, and opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.).
  • Products with broken seals or missing original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
  • Customized or built-to-order products.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at returns@techstore.com.bd or call +880 1XXX-XXXXXX to initiate a return request.
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely with all original accessories and documentation.
  4. Drop off at any of our service centers or arrange a pickup (Dhaka only).
  5. Once inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made via bKash or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
