  • The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Hardware component failures under normal operating conditions.
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products are eligible for immediate replacement within 7 days.

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage, including drops, spills, and broken screens.
  • Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or improper voltage.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts (e.g., batteries).
  • Software-related issues or virus/malware damage.

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Locate your original purchase invoice and warranty card.
  2. Visit any of our authorized service centers with the product and documentation.
  3. Our technicians will inspect the product and determine eligibility.
  4. If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer's terms.
  5. Typical turnaround time is 7-14 business days, depending on parts availability.
